Cano's Flowers & Gifts

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Cano, family, and staff for a beautiful arrangement and speedy delivery...today, from here in Alaska - my order to my friend at the tip of Texas. I have been a customer forever and have always been grateful for the arrangements I've ordered. Just an absolute feeling of gratitude that wherever I am on this planet, Mrs. Cano, family, and staff ALWAYS deliver. Thank you!!!

made an online order for valentine's day with the guaranteed delivery date on the 14th. they never received them due to this business having "technical" issues with online orders. ruined valentine's day.

I received a floral arrangement from this florist as was less than impressed. I took the following photos within 5 minutes of receiving the arrangement. To send out broken, wilted, brown flowers in an arrangement of this price range - or any price range for that matter - is 100% POOR customer service and a complete rip off of the buyer. If I had not been consumed with grief (reason the flowers were sent to me) I would have taken them directly back to the florist and ask that they be replaced. I will never order flowers from them nor will I ever recommendation them to anyone else.

I ordered online for Mother's Day and paid up to receive the premium arrangement as shown in the pic with the white background, but my mom received a much smaller arrangement with a lot of green filler. I also paid extra to have them delivered on Mother's Day, May 12th, but they were delivered on May 11th. The flowers were nice, but overall, I am not pleased with Cano's.

The most gorgeous flowers I’ve ever purchased. So glad to have a place locally that does this kind of amazing work. Reliable & great service too! Thank you!
